Where are your products made and shipped from?
Our pieces are fulfilled through trusted global partners. Depending on your location, your order may be produced and shipped from the nearest fulfilment centre to ensure faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.
How long does shipping take?
Because many of our pieces are made to order, production typically takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery time: 5–9 business days (depending on location).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time + Shipping time = Total delivery time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend comparing the measurements with a favorite item you already own for the most accurate sizing.
If you’re between sizes, consider how you prefer your fit, relaxed or fitted.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If there’s an issue with your order such as damage, misprint, or defect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
Since many items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, so please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
